Scope: All systems making use of the UPayProxy Touchnet credit-card
processing proxy app

Summary: 
        We are upgrading the firmware on our NetApp filers.  This
requires shutting down systems making use of them.  This includes the
system hosting the database backing the UPayProxy application.
After the database outage is complete, UPayProxy version 0.6 will be
deployed on the application server.
Our plan is to have systems shut down before 6AM (some take some time to
shut down) and start bringing them up as soon as the filers are upgraded
(sometime between 6:30 and 7AM). The new version will be deployed at
this time.
