No as I believe BU would go below .500 with 2 losses, which also wipes out their win against us at Alfond

If Maine is currently 3-6 vs. teams over .500, and then we win 2 games, we would then be 5-6 vs. teams over .500.

Just clarifying.

this is the quietest discussion board in history during the week leding up to what I have always considered the big rivalry weekend

Maine is 3-6 against teams over .500, if maine wins 2 this weekend, then they will be 3-5 against teams over .500,  that is better than 3-6.  Once BU gets back to being over .500 then maine would pick up 2 wins and a loss, I guess that would be a good thing.

I am not planning on Maine winning both games, but I know that they have the ability, I just question the determination.

Maine has won 5 of the last 6, but the loss came against a team that is ranked about 29th (out of about 56 teams) and the wins came against teams that are ranked even lower.

I hope our boys know that BU will be ready for them, and I hope that Maine is not expecting BU to play like Lowell.

also, I hav! e a question,

Hagrid, is that your name, or is that a Harry Potter reference? and you resemble Hagrid?  Just wondering
