Lauren, Agrostis stolonifera is a bentgrass that commonly occurs on the edge of saline-influenced habitats. The basally decumbent stems, long ligules, and relatively short, congested inflorescence (relatively Agrostis gigantea) identify this plant. Let me know if images would help and I can send you one.
