Some of both.  Ben Murphy was pushed into the BC goalie but was called for charging.  On the other hand, Colin Shields clearly deserved his cross-checking penalty.  Fan complaints were loudest when Prestin Ryan was called for tripping (or clipping) after delivering a beautiful hip check.  The problem was that the player he checked didn't have control of the puck, which meant that Prestin's check was illegal. 

I was very surprised that Frank Doyle didn't get one of the stars for the game.  On Friday night, Jimmy Howard made 21 saves with only four grade A shots and gets first star.  Last night, Frankie kept us in the game by making 39 saves on 42 shots, including a bunch from point-blank range, and he doesn't even make the list.
