Twenty one states are eligible in the first round (applications due March 31) and the remaining states will be eligible for a round in 2004. Libraries are eligible under the "Community Grants" and could be awarded laptops, servers, routers and printers. There is $350 million (yes million) available to schools, non-profits, governtment agencies and individuals as the result of the Shaw vs. Toshiba class action lawsuit.
