I was waiting for someone to bring up the most obvious of Pound-Frost
connections: Pound's assistance in getting early Frost into print.  Isn't
there a story that goes: Pound, when asked about Frost's kind words and
deeds in trying getting him sprung, said "He paid his debt when he
published 'North of Boston.'"  The idea being that Pound was the one who
shepherded it into print.
