Don-- P. hookeri was fairly common along the edges (more sunlight) of cedar bogs in the County. I still see it when I'm up there. I wouldn't have called it as common as Listera cordata or P. obtusata, but third, in back of them--again in suitable habitat. I will have all my "County Cousins" keep an eye out for it this spring and report back.
