Craig is correct.  WABI will be taking the Saturday NCAA production, but is
doing the legwork and footing the bill for production and fees for the
Friday game.  This is over $25,000 (about 20000 + about 5000) and on short
notice, so one really has to want to do it! For financial and other reasons,
I'm sure WABI would have rather worked with FSNE or NESN than go it alone,
so, yes, ragging on these regional networks is probably quite appropriate.

I'm unaware of any "blackout" area imposed by the NCAA.
