comunication Commissions... most of them were made in English

Does the new Radiodiscorsi contain translations of the speeches Pound made
in English?  If so, do you know if the translations were made from
transcriptions or typescripts?  Or are these speeches Pound wrote in
Italian for someone else to deliver (or wrote in English and had
translated for someone else to deliver)?
