Greetings - 

*  Please sign up for a fun night of activities at the PenBay YMCA on
Saturday, May 3rd.  There will be lots of choices for adults and
children plus good foods.  Please RSVP and complete the registration
form at the URock office.

*  ALERT!!!!!!!!  As many of you may have heard in the news over the
last day, there is a lot of controversy surrounding toxins in reusable
water bottles.  If your water bottle contains a number '3' '6' or '7'
within the triangle on the bottom, it may contain harmful toxins. 
Unfortunately, the URock water bottles which the Student Association
purchased for students do contain the number '7'.  Therefore, we suggest
that all students discontinue their use and discard them.  Please also
check all your other reusable water bottles at home.  

* The SA will provide ice cream next week in the student lounge while
elections are being held for SA officers.  Please pick up an ice cream
bar and cast your vote.    

* The SA will sponsor a URock walking team for the Make-A-Wish
Foundation's Walk for Wishes on Thursday, May 29th.  Check in starts at
5:00PM and the walk begins at 6:00PM at the Congregational Church,
Limerock Street in Rockland.  The walk is 3 miles and walkers should get
pledged sponsors.  We also need volunteers for a URock sponsored water
booth.  If you are shy on some community service this year, this is a 
great way to contribute.  You may register online at www.maine.wish.org
under "Walk for Wishes" and then sign on to the team, URock Walkers. 
URock Walkers will raise money in honor of Lizzie Tyler, daughter of
Kathy Tyler. Registration is fast and easy.
