You must submit proof of health insurance BEFORE October 15th.  If you
do not - the charge on your student account will remain there and you
will not be reimbursed for this charge.

 

PLEASE BRING YOUR PROOF OF HEALTH INSURANCE to the front desk of the
Houlton Higher Education Center where it will be copied and faxed to the
UMPI Business Office.
