Spring Semester Start Dates:

 

University of Maine at Augusta and University of Maine (Orono) start
classes on Monday, January 11, 2010.

 

University of Maine at Fort Kent starts classes on Tuesday, January 12,
2010.

 

University of Maine at Farmington, University of Maine at Presque Isle
(UMPI), and University of Southern Maine start classes on Tuesday,
January 19, 2010.

 

University of Maine at Machias starts classes on Wednesday, January 20,
2010.

 

Books:

 

If you are taking classes at the Houlton Higher Education Center and
your instructor is present in a Houlton Center classroom 

 

or should your instructor be presenting from UMPI to Houlton via
polycom/compressed video - your textbooks will be available 

 

for purchase at the Houlton Center front desk.

 

If you are taking a class that or does not originate from UMPI or
Houlton, you will need to order textbooks from 

 

www.umabookstore.com .
