The emergency maintenance this morning that was intended to effect a
permanent repair to yesterday's issues encountered some difficulties, and
unfortunately extended beyond the planned service window.  The outage
created by the maintenance work would have been similar to what was
experienced yesterday.  However, as of approximately 8:30a, the maintenance
was concluded and all affected services should be restored to normal
operation.

We apologize for the extended duration of the maintenance outage.  If you
are still experiencing any issues you believe are related to the
maintenance or to yesterday's outage, please contact the NOC
