Expected Duration: Intermittent periods of outage during the maintenance
window
Scope: All CAS-enabled services using the UMS central CAS server

Summary: An attempt will be made to put in place a redundant CAS SSO
server cluster. Testing this cluster may lead to periods of temporary
unavailability.
