Summary: 
	During this network maintenance window, a core router in Orono will be upgraded that will affect all UMS and MaineREN traffic passing to and through Orono. 

Sites with resilient connectivity/paths to Portland should remain up during this time although there will be diminished external capacity.

The whole window is not expected but reserved.
