Scope: Phones and Network on Gorham Campus

Summary: 
	We will be doing a major upgrade on the Gorham campus core which will cause the entire campus to lose network and phones.  Once we move equipment phones will come back online, followed by Public Safety, and then the rest of campus will be slowly restored as the remaining campus fiber is moved.
