Scope: Eduroam and MaineEDU-Guest Wireless Service

Summary: 
	Network access control servers will be upgraded to address security issues, causing intermittent authentication issues for Eduroam and MaineEDU-Guest during the window. 

Since the upgrade will be performed in a rolling fashion across multiple servers, there should be minimal downtime.
