The Belfast network equipment is once again offline, which will cause an
outage for the Rockland Center as well as multiple schools and libraries
connected there. The cause is under investigation, however at this time
failure of backup power due to fuel exhaustion is unfortunately the prime
suspect as commercial power is known to be out at this location.  Updates
will be provided as available.
