Summary: 
	Discovered an issue where the UM (Orono) APs are not being load balanced across wireless controller processes correctly, causing some APs to lose connectivity to the controller for ~30 sec roughly every few hours. This needs to be fixed in a maintenance window as the fix is more disruptive than the problem.
