There is currently a partial power outage in the Orono Datacenter.  Most
systems in the datacenter are redundant and resilient to this type of
issue, however there may be some transient instability as affected systems
fail over.  In particular you may need to reconnect to the VPN service if
you recently lost your connection.  Work is currently under way to address
the power outage, and further updates will be provided as available.
