Summary: 
	UMA wireless controller will be updated to match Orono to address an issue where rarely APs may have an incorrect channel width set - which may cause congestion issues - and also to make the airtime fairness feature available if necessary to mitigate congestion issues caused by some devices not sharing well with others.
