Scope: USM PCI Payment stations

Summary:
        Due to an emergency impending update required on the VMWare View
infrastructure, the View system needs to be taken down this Thursday
morning for maintenance. We hope to not use the whole three hours.

This will impact the following systems:
USM PCI Payment stations (staff and student)
USM DOIT Admin View clients
Law Exam system View client
