Engineers have determined that this issue was triggered by the campus
firewall upgrades conducted in yesterday's maintenance. Some additional
configuration changes were applied to the impacted firewalls to address the
problem, and at this time we believe the issue to be fully resolved.  If
anyone is continuing to encounter issues they believe are related to this
problem, please contact Networkmaine for assistance, or open a ticket in
TDX explaining what you are experiencing.
