Summary: 
	Discovered a configuration issue affecting only these buildings (in the entire system). This would prevent devices from being able to achieve more than about 400mbps throughput. 

Note that Skyway is a legacy deployment and is unable to achieve high throughput (expected 100mbps or less). The effect of this for Skyway should be slightly increased coverage. 

Changing the config profile on these APs will result in a reboot for them, or about 6 minutes of downtime.
