Summary: 
	During the maintenance window we will be applying firmware upgrades to the core Metro Ethernet switch in Portland. The device must be rebooted for the upgrade to complete. Most services that come into this switch are dual homed to Orono and will only see a brief disruption to service. However, the following sites will see a complete outage during the reboot:
