Two Belfast Hutchinson Center STBs have been down since Jul 6 and no longer
appear to be physically connected to the switches there. The other two have
been down for over 30 days.
0019dbe36998 SACOSTB5-79.its.maine.edu has been down for over 30 days
3 out of 6 STBs at Houlton have been down for over 30 days
0019dbe36407 ROCKSTB5-68.its.maine.edu has been down for over 30 days
3 out of 9 STBs at Rumford have been down for over 30 days
