Scope: webhost.msln.net (scrane.msln.net), home of most of the MSLN
websites we host.

Summary: Core system updates are available and will be put into place.
Some webserver configuration changes will also be tried in an attempt
to resolve ongoing issues running various CMSs.
Reboot required.
