Summary: 
	Emergency network maintenance will take place to replace failing hardware.

Should this equipment become more service impacting before that it may take place immediately.

This will impact many MaineREN services in/out of Portland.  Most of these sites will retain service via Orono.

Portland services that will be impacted are:
JAX-CT (both circuits)
Bates, Bowdoin, Colby
State of Maine
