OTT is continuing to work on this fiber break.  Their estimate for
completion of their splice work at this point is between 8:00p and 9:00p
tonight, though some users may see services restored beginning around
5:00p, depending on which fiber pairs they are on in the bundle.  If
anything changes we will send additional updates, otherwise we can expect
affected services to be restored between 5:00p and 9:00p this evening.
