We found an issue on our trouble ticket OP-000002101672 for 10/KPXX/726865
(also in Farmington), the fiber drop was torn down, it has be re-spliced and
that circuit is now running clean.
We believe the issue with that fiber may have caused/been related to the
issues with the other Farmington circuits. Please continue to monitor the
circuits and advise us of any further issues.

Here are 5 other sites that were having the same problem that UMaine
Farmington was having (Fairpoint ticket #OP2101543). With this information
maybe you folks can narrow down a possible common point that could be
causing the slowness. I suspect there a few other sites, but these are the
ones that we currently know about. Drop me a note or call if you have any
questions.
