We have moved these WAN links to other interfaces until replacement hardware can be installed during a maintenance window.  Outage lasted from approximately 9pm until 10:30pm.

We have had what appears to be a hardware affecting WAN connections to
UMFK, UMPI, Hutchinson Center, and MMA.  Engineer is on site working
toward a resolution.
