Scope: UM PRI Gateway, UMA Augusta/Bangor Analog Gateways

Summary: 
	Performing maintenance that will require restarting various voice gateways at the UM and UMA Augusta/Bangor campuses.  

UM - 1 gateway providing in and out bound server will be restarted.  Secondary gateway will continue to operate so this work should not be service affecting.  

UMA campuses - All analog lines will be down for approx 10 minutes.
