*What is happening?*
Starting at 6AM Sunday morning we will be upgrading parts of NM from using
python 2 to using python 3.
While this is being done, parts of the NM web interface will be unavailable.

*How long will it take?*
We expect this to take under 30 minutes.   We are reserving additional time
in case problems arise.

*Why is this work necessary?*
Python 2 has been deprecated, future development requires python 3.

What happens if the work is not successful?

We will back out to snapshots of this machine taken prior to application of
the changes.
