There is currently an outage impacting a fiber link between Augusta and
Waterville.  Many services transiting this link have failed over to other
paths, so impact is limited.  However it appears at this time that the UMA
campus is impacted by this outage.  Likely cause at this time appears to be
construction damage to fiber, however investigation is ongoing.  Updates
will be provided as available.
