Commercial power has been stable for several hours and therefore previously
affected network services have also been stable.  Work to restore generator
capability is ongoing, so although at present we are still vulnerable to
extended outages (battery backup for limited outages is in place), at this
time we do not anticipate further outages.  An update will be provided when
generator capability is fully restored, or if there is any other change of
status regarding this issue.
