Both Internet DS-3's were fully operational as of 7:00pm last night.
 Our DS-3 to Internet 2 was restored at 7:15pm.  We were initially told
that the fiber cut was in Boston.  Then we heard Concord, NH.  This
morning's BDN stated it was in Eliot, ME. From the article, it sounds
likes the cut caused significant outages for both Internet and long
distance services.
