Scope: UTSC Queue, UM and UMA IVR and queues, NOC queue
Summary:
Will be performing maintenance that will require the reboot of servers supporting UTSC Queue, UM, UMA, UMFK and UMS IVR and queues as well as the Networkmaine support desk queue. This work will happen overnight after close of business for UTSC support desk on Saturday night. Minimal downtown is expected and should be limited to the time it takes to reboot servers.
