One of the ways he gets the library addresses is by asking them.

I supplied him the addresses of the 10 largest libraries in Kansas as  
part of one of his packets I sent him in response to his queries.

Chain mail for librarians - yay!

I figured getting mail makes him happy. I know it makes me happy to  
get mail :) and it makes me feel good to send him information. Plus  
I've learned a lot about what the Seed of Life symbolizes, had a good  
reminisce while looking at lists of Pink Floyd and Nirvana songs, and  
picked up some new exercises for the trapezius muscles :) Among other  
things...
