How is your district dealing with the new teacher evaluation processes? Are you doing SLO's? And what are the expectations for you and your fellow teachers? Also what is your district doing about a performance-based diploma and graduation standards? Have you defined them yet? Are they on your district website so that others can see what you've come up with?
