Hello Mx Joyce Garland,

I checked and I believe the TCW is for the Washington City Community  
Colleges Library. At least according to the Maine Cat website I looked  
at under the Minerva Abbreviation section.  You can double check as  
I've put the address in the post script.  Hope this helped and that
