Yes, we've received those calls as well. I think one time I told her that she could find all the information she was seeking on our webpage. It did not stop the calls, though.

Subject: [MELIBS-L] Will Harte-Hanks EVER stop calling me??

Does everyone get these infuriating phone calls from "Harte Hanks" company asking for all kinds of personnel information about your library? Or am I just singled out for torture-by-infuriation? When I ask them what it's for, they always say it's for a database. They probably have called me every week for the past year or so, and I consistently tell them to stop calling me, and they just keep calling back.

The worst part is that it's always the same girl, and she always acts surprised when I ask her to stop calling. Every time. For a year.
