Thank you helpful people, we straightened this out quickly. 
The issue was mis-spelling, because all we had to go on was our memory of what Sierra had listed on the hold Notice. 
We had a printer error, and Sierra would. not. print. the transit slip a second time. 
If anyone knows how to fix THAT, I'd be grateful!
