This year's Belfast Bound Book Festival will be this coming Saturday, May 7th.
Among the many literary and written-word events will be a "Type-Out," at the Belfast Co-op, from 2pm-5pm, with Tom Furrier, owner of Cambridge Typewriter Co., in the Boston area.
Here's the event announcement:

Typewriting events have been happening across the country for at least the past half-dozen years, in libraries, bookstores, coffeehouses, and outdoor venues. These are very much in the spirit of flash-writing and literary groups, maker-spaces, and letter-writing social events, and the manual typewriter craze of this recent decade has really changed businesses such as Tom Furrier's repair shop into writers' crossroads.
Here are excerpts from Tom's blog, describing Type-Outs (and Type-Ins!):

Visitors at Belfast's event are encouraged to bring their own manual typewriters (as well, Tom will have a dozen on hand for use) to ask their maintenance questions, participate in a speed-typing contest, and write letters! A volunteer will be bringing vintage stationery for all to use.
See you in Belfast!
