After the third attempt to get our copier model in the office so they
can scam us into paying for their copier supplies an unsuspecting
telemarketer called and caught me in a playful mood. They did the
usual song and dance asking for the model number on the copier in the
office. I boldly stated it's a Hal-9000. The telemarketer didn't
understand or compute what I was saying. So she asked again and I
stated Hal-9000. She then stated she had a Hal-9000 toner order that
was cancelled in our area and who did our purchasing? I stated Ray
Bradbury and hung up. Now wouldn't it be cool if everyone responded
in the same fashion?
