Howdy ME-Libbers and other interested parties,

So cloudLibrary is aware of this issue, and their team is currently working on it. I have a request in with them to let me know when the Internet gods have been appeased, and I will share the good news when it happens.

Subject: [MELIBS-L] Cloud Library not working?

EXTERNAL: This email originated from outside of the State of Maine Mail System. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.

I had a call from a patron who is having trouble with the Cloud Library. He
and his wife aren’t showing any history and he’s not able to download a
book at this time. It gave him a save for later option. I pulled up the
Cloud Library App on my phone and I experienced the same issues. I
uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it. I then got a login
failed try later message. Has anyone else been experiencing issues with the
Cloud Library?
