 Hello friends.
I have some news to share with all of you. I am retiring after 20 years at
the Jesup Memorial Library. I submitted my resignation earlier this month
with my last day tentatively set for July 31st.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my work as a cataloger and plan to continue that
work on a volunteer basis after I give myself some much needed time away. I
have learned so much from so many of you and hold in the highest regard all
of you amazing people. The level of professionalism, expertise and care
amongst this group is exceptional. I will miss you!
Ruth Eveland, the director at the Jesup is planning to post the position
some time next week. And even though the job description has not been
completely finalized, Ruth is interested in knowing of anyone who might be
interested in the Cataloging/Collection Manager position. Her email address
is: [log in to unmask]
