I had a patron reach out to me. She has a daughter with 2 books on hold.
She received a message saying her books would be delivered in one day and
the next day she received a message saying the books in less than a day.
She's received that message three days in a row now. I'm hoping someone out
there might have some idea why she's getting these messages or how she can
find out when the books will actually arrive.

Thanks,
Kim McLaughiln, Juvenile Services
