I am currently working on getting the documentation finalized for the
various ways libraries can give their patrons access.

Unfortunately, depending on your library catalog system and/or your type of
library, there are different routes that libraries will have to direct
their patrons along to create accounts. Trying to create instructions that
will not be confusing at best is proving difficult.

I should have the final documentation out and an announcement made by the
end of the week for general release of the system.

My apologies for the long delay in getting this out to everyone.
-James
