I made a request for two empty totes on Tuesday.

I received a "smiley face" response later that same day.

Assumed I was going to get them.

Nothing Wednesday--okay, it was just the next day.

Nothing today (that is, available empty totes).

I spoke to our driver and he said no one spoke to him about it and, no, 
he didn't have any extra totes he could give me.

bummer.
