This is the last call for those libraries who have not submitted their FY22 Public Library Annual Report. The last day to submit your report is 5 pm on Monday, April 3, 2023.

Please note, extensions are only granted in rare cases involving circumstances beyond your control. Failure to properly plan and poor time management is not cause for an extension.
